My partner and I just purchased a home in Calgary and we used Reon Sharp as our home inspector! The service was very quick and efficient and he provided us a detailed report less than 24 hours later! This allowed us to move ahead with our closing! Reon took our call on a Saturday afternoon and answered all of our questions! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I would recommend Reon for any home inspection you may have!

Reon completed a home inspection, and contracted out a sewer scope, for our latest home purchase in Calgary. The inspection was thorough, and Reon did an excellent job walking us through the findings as well as notes within the report itself. We felt confident in our purchase knowing that we had an expert do the inspection. We'd recommend Reon to anyone seeking a Calgary home inspection!

Reon was amazing and eased my anxiety as a first time buyer. He was incredibly thorough during inspection, not leaving one thing unchecked, and encouraged questions throughout the walk through. He was so personable and knowledgeable. A very detailed report (though one that even I could understand!) was sent to me just a couple hours later. I could not recommend Reon enough!

Reon is an incredibly diligent and competent home inspector. As someone who does inspections on industrial equipment for a living his thoroughness left me very confident in the inspection I received. The report that is generated from the inspection is top notch with reference pictures and detailed findings. I would highly recommend his services.

As a first time home buyer, Reon's role in the home/condo inspection step made the whole process and my overall buying experience that much more stress relieving. Reon was awesome. He was prompt, professional, and thorough, and got our final report back to us very quickly. The guided walk-through at the end of the inspection was excellent, giving us a chance to ask questions and feel very comfortable about the house we're buying.

I am a first time home buyer and for obvious reason never done a house inspection before. Reon does amazing work, was very thorough during the house inspection and walked me through everything when he was done, was honest and gave advice about what I should do focus on fixing first. Reon was responsive, professional and personable! He is very timely, he was already working on-site before we arrived. He pointed out some things to pay attention to, provided recommendations and contacts. He sent a detailed report with pictures just a few minutes after the inspection was completed and left some time for questions before and after the inspection. Highly recommend!
